All officials must attend mandatory meetings and take appropriate make-up examinations for meetings missed. In addition, all members must take and pass NFHS Part II examination prior to the regular season.

Members who missed any meetings should log into the secure site and download the meeting minutes as well as their make up examinations. Turn in the forms to Tom or Louie for completion.

In addition, the discussion board will have play situations as well as general discussions on officiating.

If you are entering the secured site for the first time, click on "Register" when you reach the OBRA Member Area page (in the top right corner) For your user name, please use your first and last name as your login (one word, example: TomYoshida) as typing in your e-mail and password. A request will then be made to Tom and he will approve it ASAP. You'll get a confirmation e-mail and then you can begin your discussions and downloads.
