	Saffery Silva In only his first season with OBRA, Saffery Silva wins the outstanding newcomer award. Saffery is the son of OBRA Board Member Pat Silva.
	Vincent Kanaeholo A 24 year veteran of OBRA, Vincent Kanaeholo wins the Commissioner's Award for outstanding official in 2006-07

	The Ladies Win... Competing against Saffey Silva and Hubert Baravilala were Saffey's girl friend (center) and Hubert's wife (right). Of course the ladies answered all three questions and won.
